Utilizing a 300-ton plastic compression molding machine, we produce precise enclosures that effectively isolate poles during operation and maintenance. The molds for these boxes are designed and developed by Raman Thermosets, guaranteeing superior quality and reliability.
Transfer Molded Solenoid Coils
Precision-molded solenoid coils designed for actuating mechanisms. Our advanced transfer molding process effectively prevents distortion of the copper windings while encapsulating the windings and leaving the contact terminals exposed. This ensures optimal performance and reliability.
The molds for these components are designed and developed by Raman Thermosets, guaranteeing superior quality and accuracy. We utilize a 150-ton transfer molding machine to produce these molded coils, using blue Dough Molding Compound (DMC) for its excellent insulating and heat-resistant properties, ensuring optimal performance even under demanding operating conditions.
Transfer Over Molded Motor Housing

Metro Coach Handles
